MENU

Omakase offers two different fixed-price tasting menus – one for $150 and the other at $200 – each offering a selection of traditional Edomae sushi courses. Guests experience new menu options every time they visit, as the fish selections are changed almost daily. All of Omakase’s fish is imported directly from Tokyo’s world-renowned Tsukiji Fish Market three times each week. Because of Chef Yu and restaurant partner Kash Feng’s personal relationships with vendors, all fish are handpicked by seasoned experts, ensuring Omakase receives only the finest quality ingredients.
